Before this generation, it was considered anyone can do business. Business studies were not considered important or crucial for starting a business. However, this has been proven wrong. Studies have shown that people who have studied business get success earlier as compared to the ones who have not. They know how to tackle situations and how to handle risky tasks. When they start their business, they know the gravity of their situation and what they have gotten themselves into.

Entrepreneurs are creating more employment opportunities. They are bringing in new products and using the latest technology which has ultimately led to increased productivity. Entrepreneurs not only invest in their businesses but also give financial support to local houses.

Studies have shown that most of the businesses run by these young entrepreneurs are driven to bring a social impact. This passion leads them to climb new stairs to unlock the achievement and bring a social impact on society.

In 2019, we see most of these new ventures that take place are revolving around one cause and that is for the betterment of the planet. Apart from that, today's ventures are technology-oriented. The motive behind these ideas is to make the lives of people easier and simpler. The idea is to make it convenient for everyone.

Here is the gist of why entrepreneurship is in so much demand now. First and the biggest reason is that millennials believe in being their own boss. They want to change how things were done by GEN X.
